PATINA — PRESS FACT SHEET

Where Time Adds Value.

Patina is developing a designer-taught furniture platform in Madison,
Wisconsin. Founded by Leah and Kody Kochaver, it aims to put a great
designer's eye within reach and create a path from personal furniture
discovery to a full designer engagement.

The app and marketplace are pre-launch. The website introduces the
Living Study and invites people to help shape Patina through its founding
community. It does not offer marketplace purchasing or a public app download.

corridor, beginning with Leah's client relationships and Madison-area press.

FOUNDER BACKGROUND

Leah Kochaver leads Design & Experience at Patina and runs Middlewest
Studio, her interior-design practice. Her work informs Patina's ambition
to make a designer's judgment more accessible.

Kody Kochaver leads Technology & Product at Patina. He is building the
platform in response to tools that can feel sterile and disconnected from
creative work, with a focus on making the tools feel part of the process.
